In q2, based on the conversation between the doctor and my fellow friend, intially it felt like he is talking with some real doctor, but on proceeding with the conversation, I figured out that the program just works the following way. In the statements that we type it searches for some keywords and based on that it asks some obvious and probable questions listed in its repository. On the whole the program cant be considered an intelligent one because sometimes it finds difficult to reply and so switches back to previous question. For my friend, it was more of fun but initially he was a little surprised on account of some smart replies by the doctor.
