All the codes are in the folder 'codes'. Place them in Matlab workspace.
You might want to compile the C file 'td.c' before using any codes in MatLab by invoking mex command. Mex file for a 32 bit system is enclosed in the folder.
Unzip the 'data' folder into the workspace as well. It contains input data for various codes.
