Swapna-Vasavadatta by Bhasa (about 2nd c. AD, two c. before Kalidasa):

	his beloved wife vAsavadattA so as to bring his kingdom.  after some
	very difficult situations, everything manages to end well.

Mrichchakatikam (Clay cart) by Shudraka :
	The courtesan vasantasenA and chArudatta get together after
	overcoming a myriad difficulties.

Ratnavali by Harsha (Harshavardhana of Kanauj, 7th c.):
	Another disguised princess, as in Kalidasa's mAlavikAgnimitra,
	manages to fulfill her love for Udayana of Ujjaini (also the
	protagonist in _swapna-vAsavadattA by bhAsa).
